1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any service from Yorvessa Form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Yorvessa Form provides creative design and visual branding services including brand identity design, logo design, graphic design, social media design, digital advertising creatives, presentation design, website visual design, marketing material design, packaging concept design, infographic design, digital illustration, and creative design consulting. All services are provided remotely and delivered digitally.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before work begins unless a written payment plan has been agreed upon. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Revisions

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds as described at the time of purchase. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered files. Yorvessa Form retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order. Timelines may be affected by client response times, scope changes, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by client inaction.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback, and any required assets. Yorvessa Form is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yorvessa Form's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final. Yorvessa Form invests significant time and creative resources into each project from the moment work begins.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If work has already started, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis depending on the stage of completion. The portion of work completed will be billed at our standard rate and deducted from any refund amount.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued once final files have been delivered and approved by the client. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after delivery, dissatisfaction due to inaccurate briefs provided by the client, or delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely feedback.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues through additional revisions or other reasonable accommodations before any refund is considered.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@yorvessaform.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
